We take complaints seriously and handle them with care. If you have a complaint about our service, we would like to hear from you so we can improve our service.
Complaints can be submitted via the contact page on this website, by email (info@geheime-date.be) or by phone (Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 17:00) via the number +31(0)85-0603299. There are no costs associated with this, with the exception of the usual call costs in case you submit your complaint by phone.
We try to answer complaints substantively within two working days after receipt. If a complaint requires longer processing time, an acknowledgment of receipt will be answered within the period of two working days with an indication of when you can expect a more detailed answer.
